Whether you are Black or love Blackness this workshop is about love, family, blackness, food, worship, community. As we return to the body, to our history, to the act of homemaking as a radical act. Returning to the home of our bodies through meditation, movement, breath, silence, mantras, breaking bread together. Loving ourselves through the trauma.
Guiding Teacher for the Radical Dharma Boston Collective, Lama Rod Owens, will be joining Ghylian Bell in this empowering workshop. Please join us!
