In this workshop, we will work together to help you develop a personal practice. We will look at a group of asanas, sequencing, alignment and breathing techniques, with the aim to empower you to take your practice home.
Expect a practice of yoga, pranayama, and meditation. You will learn how to create a practice to suit your needs, how to modify poses if needed and how to safely sequence poses to provide you with a practice that feels nourishing and will connect your mind and body with your breath!
This is for any student wanting to start a personal practice, reinvigorate an existing practice or
those just curious about the benefits of a regular home practice.
